When there is an exponent outside a set of parenthesize we multiple all the exponents inside
the parenthesize by that exponent.

generalization statement (x^r/t^p)^m = x^mr/t^mp

Another example is  (ta³/b²)⁴ = (t^1x4a^3x4)/b^2x4 = (t⁴a¹²)/b⁸

Notice again that the t has an exponent of 1 which we do not write but must remember that it is there!  return
