When there is an exponent outside a set of parenthesize we multiple all the exponents inside
the parenthesize by that exponent.

generalization statement (a^tb^r)^g = a^tgb^rg

Another example is  (ta³b²)⁴ = t^1x4a^3x4b^2x4 = t⁴a¹²b⁸

Notice that the t has an exponent of 1 which we do not write but must remember that it is there!  return
